Dear members and supporters
When we closed the museum on March 14th we were hoping to re-open on April 3rd. However, following the protocols of the Ontario government and since we are not on the list of essential services we will continue to be closed until such time as the lockdown is lifted.
Throughout the this time we will monitor the museum artifacts and collections making sure that they are safe and well cared for. The Syl Apps staff will include the museum in their regular checks of the community centre.
We hope to be able to start our walking tours as scheduled with the first one in mid-June and look forward to working on a fall fundraising event. Please check the website for any information on event dates and times.
Our priority is the health and safety of our members, volunteers, and community so please be careful and follow the provincial guidelines. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help.
If you have questions regarding the museum contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any health related questions, visit the Brant County Health Unit website at www.bchu.org.
Stay safe and stay healthy!
