Join us at the museum to hear Dan Brown’s talk on his experiences restoring houses in the local area. He has restored 42 houses, some of which had been “written off” by others. He also has built 3 houses in a 100-year-old style.

Dan will be speaking at the museum on Wednesday, January 21st. Don’t miss this chance to hear about his restorations, most likely including his most recent on-going restoration on Washington Street, featuring a house that, until Dan began working on it, was cause for tut-tutting and head-shaking and “what a darn shame, it used to be a beautiful house”. Well, it looks like it will be a beautiful house again!
